It is my intention by providing this stock photography  to promote artwork and inspire artists. Therefore, I'm providing this stock photography with as few restrictions as possible. I hope to provide as high quality stock photography as my equipment and skill is capable of producing. I hope that I am successful in accomplishing both goals.

The rules:

Categories of artwork my stock photography may be used for:
Use my stock photography to create artwork in the photomanipulation category. Photomanipulation is the combining of two or more photographs to produce a unique composition.

You may also use my stock photography as a base or element in other categories of digital art, including; drawings, vexel, mixed media, paintings and airbrushing, pixel art, text art and vector art. But as in photomanipulation, it must be a unique composition.

Please use my photography as a reference for any traditional art work.

If you are a student, you may use my stock photography for illustration, or as otherwise needed for school projects.

Display and sale of compositions in which my stock has been used:

Any artwork as described above that has used my stock photography may be displayed or sold on Deviant Art, other websites, as prints in an art gallery or other locations. The artist is free to use such compositions in every respect as being their own artwork of which they have unlimited control.

Please feel free to 'feature' my stock photography in your journals or news articles on Deviant Art if you feel it deserves so. 


Prohibited uses:

My stock photography may not be used for display or sale to any other stock photography site, on any photosharing account, on any social networking site or any other use or display except as outlined above.

My stock photography may not be used for commercial advertising purposes without a specific contract between myself self and any agency, company or government body. The exception is use by an ARTIST, in ART, as described above, to promote the said ARTIST and their ARTWORK.

I explicitly prohibit my stock photography from being used in any composition or purpose that is illegal, either in the United States or anywhere else in the world.
